Reporting a Work-Related Injury
(Non-Emergency)

  1. Notify your supervisor immediately
  2. Call the 24/7 Nurse Triage Hotline: 1-844-212-8134
    1. This dedicated injury-reporting hotline connects you with a registered nurse who will assess your injury and provide appropriate medical guidance.
    2. The nurse will ask questions to understand the injury, offer first-aid advice or refer you to an approved clinic, and help coordinate next steps.
    3. Calling the hotline ensures your injury is documented properly and initiates the necessary workers’ compensation paperwork.
